INITIAL EVALUATION

Service Description

To determine the best course of treatment, we will meet for 90 minutes at your home or workplace. Your first session will include a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation, ergonomic evaluation, and discussion of your individualized treatment plan. Treatment is included in this first session. Treatment time depends on length of evaluation. This session can be held in person, or over video call on Zoom or Facetime.
