INITIAL EVALUATION/CONSULTATION

​To determine the best course of treatment, we will meet for 90 minutes at your home or workplace. Your first session will include a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation, ergonomic evaluation, and discussion of your individualized treatment plan. Treatment is included in this first session. Treatment time depends on length of evaluation.

PRIVATE TREATMENT SESSION

​An hour of treatment and/or health and wellness consultation. This session is at your home, workplace, or other preferred setting.

HOLISTIC ERGONOMIC CONSULTATION

Early or chronic symptom intervention and risk analysis for any work or home environment. After workstation and task evaluation, recommendations for workstation modifications are provided. Training in good body mechanics and advice for self care, based on well-established physical therapy principles, is also included.

$200 (1 hour, 30-minute consultation, for complex symptoms or environment)

​

$150 (1 hour consultation for less complex environments , on-site follow-up, or report writing)
